We value a hands-on approach & first-principles thinking. As a Sales Leader at Zamp, you will drive our revenue growth, lead and scale a high-performing sales team, and work directly with customers to close strategic deals. What You’ll Do Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing, hands-on sales team. Own the full sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Build strong relationships with key customers and manage strategic opportunities. Collaborate closely with marketing to drive outbound initiatives and boost lead generation. Provide accurate sales forecasts and identify areas for improvement within the sales cycle. Optimize pricing, revenue streams, and incentive programs to maximize growth. Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity to adjust strategies. Work directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure success. 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a high-growth startup or SaaS company. Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and GTM strategies. Experience selling to Global markets. Exposure to Fintech is a plus. Proven track record of leading a team of overachievers. Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams. Hands-on experience managing full-cycle sales and consistently exceeding revenue targets. Expertise in outbound sales, with a focus on building relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, etc.). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on execution.
