We are looking for a Listing Campaign Manager who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the User Growth team, which is the engine behind turning strategies into creatively executed campaigns and initiatives. What you’ll be working on:
Collaborate closely with project teams, business development, and operations teams to plan and execute successful listing campaigns.
Develop and implement a variety of online promotional activities aimed at maximizing exposure and user engagement for new listings.
Coordinate cross-departmental resources to facilitate effective communication and seamless execution throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Analyze post-campaign data to assess performance, identify trends, and compile comprehensive reports.
Proactively propose improvements based on market feedback and data analysis to optimize future campaigns. [Responsibilities and tasks].

About you:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with in-depth knowledge of the listing process and current market trends.
Demonstrated experience in planning and executing online campaigns with a strong focus on driving user engagement and achieving campaign objectives.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills, adept at coordinating multiple tasks and driving progress in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, capable of effectively engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve challenges.
Proven ability to independently manage the entire campaign process, from initial planning through to execution and post-campaign analysis.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to work effectively in both languages. [Requirements and qualifications].
