We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Business Development Specialist** to support and execute BD strategies, manage partnerships, and contribute to the expansion of our DeFi ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring 1-2 years of Web3 experience and demonstrate strong knowledge in DeFi projects, L1L2 projects and venture capital ecosystems. This is a bilingual role (mandatory), with a focus on outreach and maintaining robust partner relationships across the ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities** * **Proposal Drafting & Execution:** Collaborate with BD partners and partnership executives to draft, finalize, and execute proposals. * **DeFi Research & Partnership Execution:** Conduct in-depth research on DeFi opportunities and execute partnerships aligned with the strategic vision. * **BD Outreach:** Manage upper-funnel outreach, focusing on establishing and maintaining long-tail BD connections. * **Partner Relationship Management:** Act as a liaison for partners, maintaining relationships, tracking campaigns, and ensuring deliverables are met. * **Campaign Monitoring:** Check in with campaigns on an as-needed basis, ensuring smooth operations and stakeholder alignment. * **Attention to Detail:** Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards with rigorous attention to detail. **Requirements** * 1-2 years of professional experience in the Web3 space, particularly within L1L2 projects and DeFi. * Proven ability to manage partnerships and execute campaigns; experience working with VCs is a plus. * Bilingual proficiency (required). * Must operate within an Asia timezone. * Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
