Warlock Labs in collaboration with Monkey Tilt is hiring a UI/UX designer to develop a beautiful and seamless telegram trading app to compete with the likes of Photon and BullX. What You’ll Do:- Research and prototype innovative UI/UX flows to enhance our Telegram-based Solana trading bot- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transform concepts into high-fidelity designs, ensuring seamless user interactions- Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on layouts to deliver an intuitive and visually engaging experience- Establish and maintain a cohesive design language, style guides, and pattern libraries for our trading bot- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with user needs, product goals, and broader business objectivesWhat We’re Looking For:- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing user-friendly and visually appealing applications- Strong proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and an understanding of user-centered design principles- Ability to translate complex workflows into straightforward, accessible interfaces- Familiarity with design best practices for chat-based or messaging platforms (Telegram experience is a plus)Bonus Points:- Hands-on involvement in blockchain or crypto-related projects, ideally within the Solana ecosystem- Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive design systems or style guides- Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or advanced prototyping techniques- Passion for simplifying intricate processes into intuitive, delightful user experiencesWhy Join Us?- Well-capitalized and offer competitive compensation- Work remotely in an asynchronous environment - Join a high-caliber, collaborative team with backgrounds from top tech and design organizations- Shape the evolution of a cutting-edge Telegram trading bot on Solana and have a real impact on the future of UX in blockchain
