Key Responsibilities: Define and own the product roadmap, aligning it with company vision and strategic priorities Drive end-to-end product development – from discovery and scoping through launch and scaling Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify customer needs and industry trends Translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories for engineering teams Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver developments on time Monitor product performance, define product metrics and KPIs, and use data to drive continuous improvements Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment  Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership Stay on top of developments in blockchain, crypto regulation, and fintech innovation Main qualification, skills and experience: 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, crypto, or a related tech field Solid understanding of blockchain, crypto assets, stablecoins, wallets, exchanges, or DeFi ecosystems Proven track record of shipping complex digital products in fast-paced environments Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills Comfortable working in an agile, startup-like setting Familiarity with regulatory considerations in crypto and financial products (a strong plus) Technical background or experience working with engineering teams (a plus) Join Unlimit Team now!
