The Sr. Web3 Engineer will be responsible for building, maintaining and deploying Smart Contracts, implementing code quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy decentralized applications (dApps) on the blockchain.Qualifications Expertise in Web3 development, blockchain technology, and EVM Smart Contracts Must have deployed audited and verified Smart Contracts on EVM L1 or L2 for a Fintech startup or an enterprise Professional experience with Solidity, Foundry and other blockchain platforms Strong knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and tools Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with hands on code quality measures Ability to collaboratively work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Certifications in blockchain development, DEX and Lending Protocol are a plus Please be realistic on Must Haves to be considered When applying, mention the word CANDYSHOP to show you read the job post completely.
