Role Overview: Tomo is looking for a motivated Chinese and English-speaking Community Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on expanding and engaging Tomo’s online community on a global scale. You will be responsible for ensuring active participation across social platforms during non-CET hours, providing & engaging in community growth. Your role will help strengthen Tomo’s presence in global markets and foster strong relationships with our users. Key Responsibilities: Community Growth & Engagement: Expand and engage Tomo’s online community, focusing on user retention, acquisition, and boosting overall activity.Hosting online events, growing community. Support Non-CET Hours (mostly 7AM - 5PM Shanghai time): Ensure coverage and management of community activity during non-CET hours, including evenings and weekends, to maintain engagement across different time zones. Social Media Support: Assist with simple social media tasks such as drafting, posting tweets, and responding to users to maintain a consistent online presence. Collaboration with Customer Support: Work closely with the customer support team to integrate community feedback into product development and communication strategies. Monitoring & Reporting: Track community activity, identify trends, and regularly report on key metrics related to growth, user activity, and engagement. Requirements: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English. 2+ years of experience in community management or growth roles, ideally within the Web3 or crypto space. Strong understanding of blockchain and Web3 ecosystems, particularly social wallet platforms. Familiarity with popular community platforms like Telegram, Discord, and Twitter. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late evenings. Experience with tracking and reporting on community metrics and engagement trends.
