Job OverviewWe’re looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to take full ownership of our sales efforts. This role is not just about following a playbook—it’s about writing one. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing the entire sales strategy, building our sales infrastructure from the ground up, and driving the growth that will propel theKOLLAB to new heights. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company in a fast-paced, startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Develop and lead the sales strategy, from initial concept to execution. You’ll manage every aspect of sales, ensuring we hit our growth targets. Department Building: Establish the foundations of theKOLLAB’s sales department. You’ll create the processes, systems, and tools needed for long-term success. Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients. You’ll own the prospect list and lead all outreach initiatives to secure new business opportunities. Data Enrichment: Maintain a robust and accurate database of prospects to optimize sales efforts and improve targeting using tools like Clay.io. Tool Proficiency: Utilize sales intelligence and prospecting tools for lead generation, automated outreach, and analytics. CRM Management: Efficiently manage the sales pipeline and client relationships using CRM software. Client Engagement: Conduct sales calls and meetings, confidently presenting theKOLLAB’s services and closing deals that align with our growth objectives. Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and setting the stage for successful partnerships. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty. Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and results to ensure we stay on track with our goals. Business Travel: Be prepared to travel for conferences, networking events, and other business opportunities as needed. Qualifications: 1+ Years of experience in web3 sales or business development. Strong understanding of web3, blockchain, and tokenomics concepts and terminology. Proven ability to thrive in a startup environment, taking initiative and managing responsibilities independently. Experience with task management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Jira is a big plus Experience with sales intelligence and prospecting tools like Apollo.io  Proficiency in CRM management. Experience with data enrichment tools like Clay.io is a significant plus. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
