Driving advancement in such a system, you’ll have to optimize the core technology to handle hundreds of thousands requests per second and process petabytes of data effortlessly, mastering the trade-offs you need to make for consistency, availability and low-latency. About You We're looking for a highly skilled and innovative engineer with a passion for backend development and distributed systems. You should have: - Proven expertise in  distributed systems  and experience working with  large datasets  and  distributed storage solutions . - A passion for tackling scalability challenges and optimizing systems for real-time performance. - Deep technical understanding of  low-latency systems , high-throughput infrastructure, and building solutions for multi-region availability. - Proficiency in Go, Rust or a similar systems programming language. - A track record of working on complex systems requiring a balance of strong consistency, availability, and massive scale. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
