Our Engineering Managers are instrumental to the success of our engineering teams, and this is an incredible opportunity to play a key part in shaping SwissBorg's future. The position is within the Payments Team, which is responsible for facilitating the flow of funds in and out of the platform as fast as possible within regulatory guidelines. This team expects high operational continuity.
Its structure usually consists of an Engineering Manager, a Product Manager, and a team of 9 software engineers. This squad is meant to grow, split, and evolve into a set of squads encapsulated into a common “track”, which you might eventually be responsible for.
