The Opportunity
As a Product Development Manager at Startale Labs, you will play a pivotal role in guiding engineers responsible for our web3 infrastructure, blockchain node services, API development, and operational readiness. This role demands someone who possesses leadership qualities and can balance technical depth with strategic foresight, driving initiatives that enhance our products' reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction to engineers overseeing web3 infrastructure, blockchain node services, API development, and operational readiness teams.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that aligns with Startale Labs' objectives, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and cohesion among specialized teams.
Foster an environment of technical innovation and excellence, encouraging your teams to explore and implement best practices in web3 infrastructure management, operational readiness, and reliability engineering.
Drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and performance across our blockchain and web3 products, addressing current challenges and anticipating future needs.
Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure engineering efforts are closely aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Uphold and advocate for Startale Labs' culture and values, inspiring your teams to deliver their best work in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
Ideal Candidate
++ 5 years of experience in software engineering and product management
Demonstrated success in leading engineers across different domains, such as web3 infrastructure, blockchain nodes, API development, or similar areas.
Strong technical foundation, with the ability to engage deeply on technical topics related to web3 infrastructure, blockchain technology, and operational practices.
Proven track record of planning and execution, with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across teams and with leadership members.
Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, navigating the complexities of scaling both teams and technology.
