Our field execution platform guides daily tasks, speeds data collection, boosts communication, and gives leaders real-time intelligence to drive the right action, everywhere., As a QA Engineer at FORM, you’ll work alongside our Product and Engineering teams, ensuring the quality of software that is released into production. You will be responsible for testing user stories across a variety of products, developing organized test plans, communicating status updates across teams, and maintaining a strong awareness of overall product stability. Although your focus will often be on manual testing, you will also play a critical role in helping the QA Team establish best practices and create scalable, automated tests wherever possible., The Engineering team will sing your praises due to your clear communication and applaud the accuracy, efficiency, and thoroughness of your QA processes., Your partnership with our Support team will have customer-reported bugs and issues addressed quickly and efficiently., You will be the voice of quality for your team but make no mistake - the whole team shares the goal of shipping quality software products., Engineers will expect, and welcome, your observations and questions, earning each other's trust in reaching our quality goals., Your attention to detail will have everyone sleeping well when the code is pushed out., We’ll continue to automate processes and testing whenever possible, pushing reliable code to release without bottlenecks., You’ve developed and executed end-to-end application test plans, You are capable of testing APIs and data contracts that may not have a GUI, You are familiar with regression testing web applications and/or mobile applications, You know how to identify edge cases and can surface and test for such scenarios, You understand the value of planning and can help the team account for such edge cases before work even begins, You’re able to differentiate symptoms from root causes and can rapidly diagnose and troubleshoot real-world problems quickly and without a lot of context or support, You can wrap your head around complex systems and understand how to test both individual parts and the system as a whole, You take the initiative to ensure projects are kept moving forward and communicate any blockers clearly to your team and stakeholders, You understand that software development is a team sport, and QA isn’t simply just pointing out your teammates’ mistakes, Your strong verbal and written communication will serve you well as you broadcast status updates across teams, You have experience with different types and levels of testing and understand the value each brings – post-live verification, regression, unit, integration, etc, When things break — and they will — you are eager and able, to help diagnose and fix things, You have at least 3 years of experience in software application testing and quality control, You can jump immediately into our toolset: Google Cloud, Cypress, SQL, Ruby, and Go, You can work with command line tools when your work requires it., You have worked with agile teams and are familiar with JIRA or other ticketing systems, You understand serverless architecture and the complexities in testing such a system, You have worked in a fast-paced environment where commitments matter!, Ability towork remotely, Direct contract with a US-based company, Competitive compensation level based onthe level ofknowledge and experience
