This approach to transparency and decentralization are the core elements we believe will be transformative in this space.Who we're looking for: As the Business Development manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with projects in the Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cryptocurrency and Web3 protocols and a proven track record of successfully driving business growth within the blockchain ecosystem. You will be key in helping web3’s top projects secure their protocols through Bug Bounty programs on Shentu OpenBounty.What you will do: 1. Business Development: Responsible for the full new business sales motion from lead to close. 2. Pipeline Management: Focus on pipeline generation and new business development. 3. New Logo Acquisition: Identify and cultivate relationships with key security stakeholders within blockchain projects, decentralized applications (dApps), exchanges, wallets, and other ecosystem participants. 4. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with projects, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial agreements. 5. Product Champion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering to align business development efforts with overall organizational objectives. 6. Thought Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the crypto and blockchain space. 7. Shentu OpenBounty Ambassador: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups to expand our network and promote our brand.The right person has: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. 2. 3+ years of experience in business development or related roles within the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. 3. Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with leading blockchain projects, exchanges, and protocols. 4. History of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. 5. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive deals from inception to closure. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical audiences. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.Compensation: This position is a contract position.
