At R3, we are building the on-ramp for the next trillion dollars of assets to move onchain, bridging the worlds of traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi). We are launching a Solana-native protocol purpose-built to bring real-world assets into onchain capital markets, starting by integrating with our existing Corda-based asset networks.
The Role
R3 is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to provide pre-sales support to our Field Sales Organization. The SDR is tasked with identifying and generating sales meetings and opportunities through both inbound and outbound activities.
The SDR will service inbound leads and other inquiries with the goal of engaging and qualifying prospective customers. Additionally, the SDR will align closely with our Account Executives and Marketing Team to create and execute on outbound lead generation campaigns. This role is focused on conducting market research to identify opportunities in targets accounts in your territory and performing outreach through email, phone, and social. This role will play a key role in the execution of the go-to-market strategy that defines the future of the internet capital markets.
The SDR is often the first point of contact for our prospective clients so you must be able to demonstrate high levels of professionalism, probe for business challenges and articulate ways in which R3’s Blockchain/Distributed Ledger Technology can solve their problems.
