What You'll Be Doing
Work closely with the Procurment team to manage fixed assets, local vendor sourcing and service evaluation.
Experience in comprehensive administration support such as office management, staff welfare, event organization, procurement, travel management, fixed and asset management, SOP/policy etc.
Responsible for inspection and general maintenance/repair to ensure facilities are clean, safe and fully operational.
Deliver timely and efficient solutions to facility-related requests, liaise with contractor on maintenance/repair and supervise them on-site.
Manage budget, inventory management, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material.
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations. Keep abreast with allorganizational changes and business developments.
Strong communication skills between stakeholders and employees to manage the expectation, be responsible for the Singapore data driving operational report.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor's degree, with prior relevant working experience.
Proven experience in facility management and admin services.
Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
Outstanding strategic planning abilities.
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
Possess high level of initiative and integrity.
Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
