Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, and engineers to develop detailed product specifications and oversee product launches. Conduct competitor analysis, user research, and market research to identify client pain points and needs while staying informed of the overall market landscape. Innovate products by defining and delivering the product roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies to empower the CeFi earn & loan business. Define and analyze product performance metrics to guide product development.   What We Look For In You: Several years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or trading technology. A solid understanding of crypto, including but not limited to CeFi trading and earn & loan products. A strong knowledge of financial markets, including but not limited to high-frequency trading, arbitrage trading, and risk management. A data-driven and user-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
