We're a team of risk-minded problem solvers helping to grow the business in a sustainable and compliant manner.   What You’ll Be Doing Working with the Head of Operations to execute business strategies in alignment with team and company priorities. Support the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth operation across functions such as marketing, customer support, legal and compliance. Implement and maintain operational processes in line with the business plan and strategy. Be able to understand and interpret data and draw actionable insights. Ability to execute cross-functional work and coordinate multiple projects at the same time. What We Look For In You  Be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing, and able to drive the progress of existing projects as well as plan the delivery of new activities. Strong project management skills and a history of delivering on objectives. A track record of developing and implementing effective processes. A proven ability to work between cross-functional teams, including a self starter mentality when it comes to picking up new concepts. Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accountancy, Finance, Economics or in a related subject or equivalent practical experience Proven ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, critical thinker and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks. Intuitive, highly ethical and comfortable to question and challenge. Strong communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written. Nice to Haves Prior experience in a crypto exchange, FinTech or other start up in a regulated industry. Prior experience working in a multinational or matrix environment.
