About the Opportunity
The Infrastructure/ Operations & Maintenance team provides core network construction, operations and maintenance for the local office campus as well as some overseas remote office campuses.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for network construction, operation and maintenance for the local office campus as well as some overseas remote office campuses.
2. Responsible for the stability of the office network environment.
3. Responsible for the technical support of the network in the HK offices.
4. Participate in the formulation of company network standard specifications and process documents.
5. Participate in the selection of the company's workplace network equipment.
6. Provide standards, procedures, specifications and guidance documents for the front-line service team.
8. This position will be based in HK.
Requirements
1. BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
2. More than 3 years of network-related work experience, with large office networks or multi-branch office network design and implementation experience.
3. Experience in large-scale workplace infrastructure operation and maintenance is required。
4. Familiar with common wireless network equipment, rich experience in wireless equipment management and optimization, familiar with various standards in the IEEE 802.11 wireless LAN working group.
5. Familiar with common firewall devices, proficient in firewall policy control and NAT principles and configuration methods, and able to use common network security devices.
6. Familiar with the use of and able to promote the construction of common monitoring tools and network operation and maintenance tools, and be proficient in using equipment MIB information to establish equipment monitoring projects.
7.Familiar with automation using Python or shell.
8. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
9. Good communication skill.
10. Experience in QoS optimization of large workplace networks is a plus.
11. Experience in supplier management is a plus.
12. Possession of device approval certification (CCNP equivalent or higher) is a plus.
