Incident & Ethics Management: Oversee complex investigations into potential breaches of conduct or bribery, collaborating closely with Legal and Risk teams to ensure swift remediation. Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive alignment between diverse teams to embed a "compliance-first" culture that doesn't sacrifice speed. What We Look For in You Experience: 10+ years of senior-level experience in ABC, financial crimes, or conduct risk. Must have led compliance functions within a global, matrixed organization. Regulatory Mastery: Expert-level command of the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and international conduct standards. You should be able to explain the nuances of these to a software engineer or a CEO with equal clarity. Tech-Savvy Governance: Experience leveraging AI-driven surveillance tools and automated risk management platforms. Executive Presence: Proven ability to challenge the status quo and influence C-suite stakeholders during high-stakes decision-making. Operational Grit: A track record of building controls from scratch in fast-moving industries (FinTech, Crypto, or Global E-commerce). Ethical Backbone: High emotional intelligence and the courage to make tough calls in ambiguous situations. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; JD, MBA, or advanced relevant certifications (CAMS, ICA Diploma) are highly preferred. Nice to Haves Direct experience in the crypto or digital assets sector.
