Responsibilities Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, researchers, and stakeholders, to align efforts and achieve project objectives. Maintain and review project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure alignment on project goals and progress. Qualifications Proven experience (3+ years) in product management, preferably within software development or blockchain/DeFi projects. Strong understanding of software development life cycles.
