About the role
Nansen is looking for an Affiliate Manager to strengthen our Go-To-Market team. This individual contributor role is focused on managing and enabling Nansen’s network of affiliates and partner communities to drive account signups and revenue. You will help affiliates to succeed by upskilling them on the platform, sharing valuable insights, and fostering strong relationships. You’ll work alongside content creators and internal teams to play a key role in expanding Nansen’s reach and impact within the crypto space.
Responsibilities
Affiliate Management: Oversee Nansen’s network of affiliates and partner communities, ensuring active engagement and performance.
Upskilling Affiliates: Onboard and collaborate with new affiliates to train them to fully leverage the platform, enhancing their ability to share insights with their followers.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and partner communities to support mutual success.
Content Sharing: Distribute regular onchain insights and updates from internal sources to affiliates, promoting content distribution and platform engagement.
Affiliate Support: Provide timely responses to affiliate inquiries, addressing product usage questions and other needs.
Best Practices Analysis: Identify and share insights from successful affiliates to improve performance across the broader book of creators.
Campaign Implementation: Develop and execute campaigns with partner communities to boost awareness, signups, and revenue.
Performance Tracking & Updates: Regularly update affiliates on their earnings and performance metrics, maintaining transparency and motivation.
Must Haves
Strong understanding of the crypto landscape. This includes personal experience with investing or trading crypto, and familiarity with content creators and their role in the ecosystem.
1-2 years in a customer-facing role, such as a Customer Success Manager, Community Manager, or Affiliate Manager.
Exceptional English communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work across global time zones.
Based in EMEA.
Nice-to-Haves
Familiar with Nansen or other on-chain analytics tools.
Experience working in a crypto environment.
Demonstrated success in designing and executing campaigns to drive signups and revenue
