We are seeking highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Senior Producer. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong desire to work in the gaming industry.
As a Senior Producer you will be responsible for planning, tracking, and reporting on the development progress of the feature development team working on a sports mobile game. This includes the identification and breakdown of work, ensuring work is estimated and scheduled within capacity, management of work allocation between team members based on skill set, monitoring delivery of features against milestones, and reporting on progress against feature and build targets. You will be working in a highly agile environment, so flexibility in approach is a must.
Experience
5-10 years of experience in game development, project management, or a related field.
Knowledge of game development methodologies, project management tools, and software development processes.
CSM or PMP certification an advantage

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Work with the development team to ensure that games are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
Plan and schedule game development, taking into account budget constraints, resource availability, and technical requirements.
Manage the jira project and all issue artifacts related to development.
Assist in planning and execution of game testing and quality assurance efforts, including bug tracking and reporting.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and work with the Development Director to implement solutions to ensure project goals are met.
Create project reports and other documentation, ensuring that they are clear and concise.
Lead all agile processes and practices and implement changes agreed by the team for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with external development partners, vendors, and contractors.
Assist in the development of game design documents, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.
Assist in tertiary Customer Support.
