As we scale globally and integrate multiple acquired entities, our payroll operations are becoming increasingly complex across jurisdictions, vendors, and compliance frameworks. The Payroll Operations Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the global payroll function by absorbing a growing volume of BAU payroll work and payroll-related HR administration, enabling the Payroll Manager to focus on strategic delivery, global payroll ownership, and long-term transformation initiatives. This role is essential to sustaining payroll accuracy, compliance, audit readiness, and employee experience as payroll demand is expected to increase by at least 25% in 2026, with additional entity integrations anticipated.
