Proven experience working with Web3 technologies and a solid understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, 2. Strong proficiency in Solidity and experience developing smart contracts on Ethereum or other blockchains (e.g., Solana, Polkadot), In-depth knowledge of DeFi protocols like Uniswap, Compound, Aave, etc., 3. Hands-on experience in developing, testing, and deploying smart contracts and managing their security, 4. Understanding of tokenomics, decentralized governance (DAOs), and liquidity models, 5. Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, including EVM-compatible blockchains, Layer 2 solutions, and cross-chain protocols, 6. Ability to analyze and optimize existing DeFi systems, design new products, and solve complex problems, 7. Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment, Preferred Qualifications:, 1. Previous experience in a DeFi project or blockchain startup, 2. Understanding of financial modeling, decentralized governance protocols, and game theory in DeFi ecosystems, 3. Contributions to open-source blockchain projects on GitHub, Key Responsibilities:, 1. Develop and optimize smart contracts for various DeFi products (staking, lending, yield farming, etc.), 2.
