With connections across more than 210 countries and territories, we are building a sustainable world that unlocks priceless possibilities for all.OverviewThe Financial Crime Solutions team is looking for a Director, Product Management & Enablement to focus on market enablement by providing regional support as we look to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. RoleIn this client-facing position, you will:• Work with Product and Regional Managers to identify opportunities to influence & advise product provisioning and usage• Ensure that the appropriate end users have access to and understand the value of our solutions• Provide demos and host meetings with Strategic Partnerships, Regional Support teams, end users, and prospects• Protect revenue by increasing adoption and user activity through education evangelism • Influence future product strategy based on market feedback• Drive new revenue through partners who embed Mastercard Fraud and Financial Crime Solutions for real-time Fraud and AML decisions• Identify early adopters and strategic customers for new products and solutions through POCs and Market Testing• Manage partnerships and customers, monitoring velocity and volumes• Provide local Industry Expertise and support for the regions • Attend industry events and provide external presence and thought leadership (e.g. external speaking engagements)All About YouThe ideal candidate for this position should:• Proven track record within technology sales or partnerships• Have a clear mission that focuses on the attention of the customer’s needs above your own• Continually look at the market and competition to see what is happening • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders across the organization• Ability to coordinate and collaborate closely with team members across Account Management, Product, Data Science, Legal, and Regional Leads• Ability to identify crypto and compliance-related market challenges as well as solutions. • Sound knowledge of blockchain technology, virtual assets, and cryptocurrencies. • Sound knowledge of industry-standard compliance risk management practices. • Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly • Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders • Always look for potential solutions to solve problemsCorporate Security ResponsibilityEvery person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security.
