THE ROLEAs a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll lead SEM and digital marketing initiatives, analyze campaign data, and work with teams to launch new products . You'll manage online marketing strategies across multiple verticals and markets, including Google Ads, and ensure optimal use of digital advertising platforms. This role requires a blend of technical skills and analytics, with a creative and data-driven approach. Experience in digital marketing or agency settings is beneficial. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Lead SEO strategy and campaigns, incorporating technical, local, and content-driven approaches to boost organic visibility and user acquisition. Design, implement, and manage growth marketing initiatives across various channels, including display advertising, competitive analysis, retention strategies, and Google Ads. Develop and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to gather actionable insights, optimize conversion rates, and scale successful strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to expand retention marketing efforts, leveraging data to improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn. Oversee and optimize the performance of digital advertising platforms, ensuring continuous improvement in acquisition cost, ROI, and overall campaign efficiency. Provide in-depth analysis and reporting on key performance indicators, leveraging tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to inform data-driven decisions. Collaborate with product teams to integrate generative AI outputs, enhancing organic search performance and accelerating growth through innovative content strategies. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 3-4 years of experience in Performance marketing, Growth marketing, Paid Media Proven experience in some or all of the following: overall SEM strategy and execution, keyword research and optimization, marketing automation, analytics and Local SEO Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition Expertise in Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Ads, SEMrush, and native analytics in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) Knowledge of HTML, javascript, regex a huge plus Have a data-driven, analytical mind, and strong math skills Seasoned project management skills, a strong sense of initiative, attention to detail. Creative thinker who can bring in new ideas and approaches to processes. Previous digital agency or digital marketing experience is a plus.
