About the Company Libre is focused on the design and development of a blockchain-based protocol to eliminate inefficiencies in legal, financial and operational workflows for private markets. Going beyond the simple concept of tokenization and enabling seamless access to private markets directly on-chain, regardless of the end-user platform and/or public network where the user is based Libre’s product focus is to tokenise the funds on a blockchain infrastructure and enable future composability of the digital security assets with other institutional on-chain services e.g., collateralised lending and secondary trading. About the role: We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with a deep passion for blockchain and expertise in cutting-edge tech stacks. Your primary focus will be testing applications through both manual and automated processes. You'll design and implement automated tests embedded with development teams to ensure high test coverage and contribute to a robust release process.  What you are good at: Lead QA efforts across our blockchain and Web3 projects, ensuring high-quality releases Design, implement, and execute test strategies for systems built on EVM, Solidity, Hardhat, Besu, and more Oversee functional and non-functional testing for both new and existing features, working closely with developers and engineers Automate testing pipelines with GitHub Actions and integrate monitoring tools like Grafana Perform rigorous testing on APIs (REST, GraphQL, Websockets) and front-end applications built with React Use proven tooling to deliver high test coverage across platforms Contribute to the security and reliability of blockchain applications, ensuring compliance with best practices  What you bring: 2+ years' experience of working in QA engineering with a focus on blockchain and Web3 technology Significant experience of working in software development teams and using Software QA methodologies and tools Familiarity with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and Grafana for monitoring and analytics Solid experience in writing clear٫ concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases Significant experience with both white box and black box testing Experience with automated testing tools Exceptional analytical skills and a knack for finding edge cases Understanding of Agile/Scrum development principles Experience with performance and/or security testing will be a bonus  Bonus Qualifications Load and performance testing frameworks Experience with security and compliance best practices Experience optimizing applications, both stand-alone and in distributed systems to maximize performance Experience maintaining an infrastructure and ensuring stability while adding new features Ability to clearly articulate design and implementation choices What we offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects Collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development When applying, mention the word CANDYSHOP to show you read the job post completely.
