Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee token market-making and exchange market-making operations, ensuring consistent performance and liquidity provisioning. Qualifications: Total of more than 5 years in quantitative trading with minimum of 2 years of trading experience in the cryptocurrency space. Proven track record of success in high-frequency and market-making environments. Deep understanding of token market-making and exchange market-making business models. Familiarity with crypto market structure, trading platforms, and APIs. Demonstrated experience managing trading teams, including performance management, mentoring, and resource allocation.
