Key Responsibilities Social media growth with real engagement and authenticity for portfolio companies is the key responsibility of your roleDevelop and execute social media strategies across platforms (X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Farcaster)Plan, Produce and schedule 2-week content sprints for each projectCreate engaging, on-brand social media content that resonates with crypto communities and prospective investors and showcases expertise in crypto and an exciting vision of the futureAct as Memelord in Chief, creating memes and culturally relevant content that galvanize community and frensActively engage with timely topics and relevant accounts through comments and interactionsRespond to direct messages in a timely mannerCollaborate with the Head of Content and technical teams to create snackable pieces from key materialsCreate visual content using Figma design systems and templatesProduce simple social videos using Capcut video templates tailored for each projectManage relationships with content creators for social media collaborationsMonitor and analyze social media metrics, providing insights to continuously improve our strategiesStay up-to-date with the latest trends in Web3, DeFi, DePin, RWAs, and the intersection between crypto and AI to inform social media strategy Required Skills and Attributes 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in Web3 or techDeep understanding of blockchain tech, Web3 ecosystems, and crypto cultureExcellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply, and also to sound authentic and approachableProven track record of growing and engaging social channelsStrong analytical skills and experience with SMM and analytics toolsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environmentCreative mindset with a talent for crafting compelling narratives and “meme-worthy” contentAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectivelyCritical Thinking Preferred Qualifications Experience working with early-stage startupsKnowledge of DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and emerging Web3 technologiesPrompt Engineering and ability to curate and extract excellent output from LLMs About Kilonova Ventures Kilonova Ventures is a blockchain strategy and marketing advisory boutique dedicated to shaping the future of finance, science, human coordination, and the Open metaverse.
