Tasks
Network Expansion: Develop and maintain a network of direct crypto sellersand buyers, facilitating large-scale USDT trades.
Trade Execution: Secure and execute daily USDT trades of $3 million or moreat rates below what established OTCs are charging, balancing both buy andsell side relationships.
Market Insight: Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and risks thatcould affect our trading strategy.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with bothsellers and buyers to ensure trust, reliability, and a steady flow of trades.
Platform Development: Contribute to the growth of Juicywayʼs P2P platformby onboarding and managing key buyers and sellers to enhance platformliquidity.
Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates on trade performance, marketconditions, and the health of buyer and seller relationships to seniormanagement
Requirements
Extensive experience in crypto trading, with a proven network of both buyersand sellers.
Ability to execute high-volume trades $3M daily at highly competitive rates.
Deep understanding of the OTC market, P2P trading dynamics, and cryptoliquidity management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, high-stakesenvironment.
