Position Summary: We are seeking a driven entry-level Accountant who is eager to put their education to work and learn from the best. This individual should be passionate about the fundamentals of accounting and have an interest in the ever-evolving crypto space. Responsibilities: Manage multiple client accounts and communications Oversee daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online Handle vendor onboarding and weekly invoice processing Lead month-end closings, including reconciliations and journal entries Collaborate with clients on payroll processing Gather crypto transactions on various blockchains Reconcile crypto holdings and produce cost-basis reports Prepare financial statements and management reports Perform ad hoc tasks and other duties as needed Education and Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or related field Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Preferred experience with QuickBooks Online but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dedicated to exceptional client service and satisfaction Keen interest in cryptocurrency is a plus What we offer: $55,000 – $65,000 base salary Annual bonus incentives Generous medical, dental, and vision insurance package 401(k) matching Discretionary time off Paid parental leave Flexible work Position Location: Las Vegas, NV Hybrid Just like its name, JFDI is unique in every aspect.
