This role partners closely with founders and senior leadership to scale technical and business teams without compromising quality or culture. Your main task is to accelerate Impossible Cloud growth by relentlessly building, qualifying, and developing a high-volume, high-quality candidate pipeline and select only the best.  Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).
