NFT Trader London, England Investing / Full-time / Hybrid Apply for this job We seek a talented and motivated NFT Trader to join our London-based team. You will be responsible for trading digital art assets, primarily NFTs, across centralized and decentralized platforms while managing your own risk and portfolio. Collaborating with other traders and analysts, you will execute trades for the team when necessary, ensuring adherence to a defined risk framework. You will closely monitor Digital Art & NFT markets, generate trade ideas, execute and manage trades, and analyze data to ensure well-informed decisions are made.  Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, passionate about digital art, and eager to explore the opportunities blockchain technology provides. They should feel comfortable navigating the fast-evolving NFT ecosystem and be reliable under pressure.  Job Responsibilities Curating the portfolio for the Hivemind Digital Culture Fund   Additional focus on value extraction through risk-adjusted return strategies in the NFT market  Manage portfolio risk, ensuring adherence to the firm’s risk mandate and limits  Execute trades accurately and respond quickly to market changes, including weekends as needed  Develop and recommend NFT trading strategies  Execute trades across various venues and NFT collections  Monitor and manage portfolio risk  Actively track NFT markets to identify dislocations and relative value opportunities  Assist with investor relations activity during the monthly reporting cycle  Requirements 5+ years of experience in an Investment role at a crypto firm, startup, investment bank, hedge fund, or similar  Previous experience in professionally trading NFTs or digital art assets  Familiarity with the products, tools, and platforms inNFTFi  Proven history of interaction with blockchain and NFT trading  Self-starter who can generate, execute, and manage trades throughout their lifecycle  Willingness to provide subject matter expertise to the venture team where Digital Ownership (via NFTs) is involved  Proven track record of generating profits in various market conditions and strategies  Strong team player who works well within a risk mandate structure  Advanced Excel skills, with experience in flexible modeling, dynamic parameters, sensitivity analysis, and data aggregation  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills  Deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in NFT markets  Ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple objectives  Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and delivery  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience  About Us     Hivemind Capital Partners ("Hivemind") is a crypto-focused investment firm dedicated to blockchain technologies, crypto companies, and the digital asset ecosystem.
