The Department: Nifty Gateway (Growth)
Our Product team is made up of skilled product managers with experience in tech, fintech, andcryptocurrency. We draw from top players in the financial and technology industries who areready to stretch themselves and face the unique and exciting challenges of the digital assetworld. We are an internal âthink tankâ that tackles complex, cross-functional projects, iterates onexisting products, and acts as the go-to team for Leadershipâs technical vision.
The Role: Principal Product Manager
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, mission-driven, Product Manager to help us define andgrow our products. This role will expand and build upon the vision of the product, define featureroad-maps, and drive execution with our Engineering & Design teams. The ideal candidate hassolid experience building innovative technologies from scratch, is driven by data and the needsto build world-class products, and has a pragmatic approach to getting high impactenhancements to market quickly. Experience in product planning, customer discovery, andimplementing product development processes are all vital for this role. You will work withleaders in Engineering, Marketing & Design, and will be reporting directly to the Director of Product.
Responsibilities:
Leverage competitive research, customer data, and your understanding of our strategyto build world class products.
Lead development of the features roadmap and manage execution with engineering & design.
Create experiences that drive revenue, customer engagement, and community.
Own the quality of the product and have a âroll-up-your-sleevesâ mentality to deliver best in class products.
Influence and collaborate with stakeholders and leadership teams to craft new products and product features.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in end-to-end product management at high-growth technologycompanies (e.g., creating product roadmap(s) from conception to launch).
Have a successful track record of leading cross-functional organization through productdelivery.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations ofcustomer problems.
Experience developing a multi-year vision, strategy and roadmap.

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $198,000 - $247,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidateâs compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
