The Department: International Operations
The Role: Lead, Project Manager
Work as part of the core team responsible for launching local operations into prioritized markets as part of the APAC expansion strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, operations, product & engineering, and marketing & communications, to ensure all regulatory licensing and operational requirements are met for a successful market launch.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of new market launch go-to-market plan, from initial planning through to post-launch evaluation
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of licensing / regulatory requirement plan, from initial planning through to post-launch evaluation
Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely market entry in each market / licensing requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all launch componentsâproduct, engineering, operations, compliance, marketing/communications, and supportâare synchronized and meet launch deadlines
Monitor and track all key milestones, proactively identifying and addressing potential obstacles
Provide analysis on ad-hoc strategies
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in the field
Bachelorâs degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
Experience in project management, preferably within financial services/crypto, fast-growing technology sector
Proven experience managing projects with regulatory or compliance components, especially in the fintech or cryptocurrency sector
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory and operational issues clearly to a diverse audience
