We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to grow strategic relationships, build partnerships with leading Web3 companies, and drive revenue through our research reports, advertising, and bespoke content offerings. Responsibilities Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow commercial partnerships across crypto, fintech, and institutional clients Identify and engage potential clients for sponsorship of DL News Research country reports, custom research, and branded content Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiating contracts and managing relationships Collaborate with editorial and research teams to tailor offerings that align with client objectives while maintaining editorial integrity Maintain a structured pipeline using CRM tools, and regularly report on deal flow, progress, and projections Represent DL News Research at crypto and fintech events (online and in-person), positioning the brand as a thought leader in the space Stay informed on digital asset market trends to anticipate client needs and identify new business opportunities Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales — ideally in media, crypto, fintech, or research Strong network within the Web3 or digital finance industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment Comfortable with targets, KPIs, and revenue accountability Interest in crypto, DeFi, and the evolving regulatory landscape Experience with conducting business on Telegram/X preferred Nice to Have Prior experience selling research, media sponsorships, or data/analytics products Familiarity with DeFi protocols and onchain analytics platforms Willing to travel occasionally for events and meetings When applying, mention the word CANDYSHOP to show you read the job post completely.
