Compliance Process & Metrics Manager, Bulgaria Sofia, Bulgaria Compliance – Regulatory Compliance & Operations / Full-time / Hybrid Apply for this job About the role: We’re looking for a Compliance Process & Metrics Manager to join the Global Compliance Regulatory Reporting team, whose mission is to carry out defining, planning, and executing compliance optimization projects and management information system reporting for the Global Compliance Reporting department at Crypto.com.  The ideal candidate would be a Self Starter who takes ownership and gets things done with resources available; a Clear Communicator who communicates effectively with people at all levels both inside and outside the Company and should have strong written and verbal communication skills; and a Natural Collaborator willing to work with multiple stakeholders and across multiple time zones.  The ideal candidate must stand out with excellent decision-making skills and effective problem-solving skills. The Compliance Process & Metrics Manager must be able to navigate through a complex, fast-paced and constantly changing environment, who can grasp complex and terminology abundant documentation. Job Responsibilities: Optimize Compliance’s operational processes across teams and standardize productivity metrics; Get to understand each team within Compliance to enhance their work through a better understanding of and use of data; Identify knowledge gaps to understand pain points and potential pipeline optimizations; Explore new tools and ways to derive and share insights that help our colleagues and customers;  Design and implement workflow automations as well as metrics tracking and reporting tools; Responsible for program documentation; Assist with the maintenance of the expanding set of regulatory licenses, registrations, and reporting obligations; Aid in the enforcement of appropriate prioritization and communicative standards for ad-hoc and ongoing tasks;  Work with relevant stakeholders across the Global Compliance organization to understand, scope, prioritize, and deliver data-centric reporting to satisfy ongoing regulatory reporting obligations from provincial and federal regulators, financial partners, and internal leadership; Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: English language C1 proficiency;  Excellent communication skills - verbal and written; Strong relationship and team building skills; Expert in case management or ticketing systems, reporting dashboards and general productivity tools; Highly organized and detail oriented; Strong analytical, correlation and deductive skills; Experience with large sets of data a plus; Ability to apply a strategic and structured approach to problem solving; Exposure to financial services, with a preferred focus in Regulatory Reporting within the banking or fintech industry; Knowledge of the applicable AML/CTF recommendations, standards and procedures; Understanding of cryptocurrencies or a strong interest in learning.
