Responsibilities: Monitor the company’s platforms Monitor the reception, transmission and execution of client’s orders Prepares various reports for management and clients Monitor the company’s execution and Best Interest Policy Suggest continues improvement of operational procedures improving the department Trade surveillance and monitoring for transactions Interacting with and operations technology teams Partner with IT on systems enhancements in terms of an automatic monitoring solutions;  Testing of software releases, upgrades and applications as part of the trading system Control the trade processing to the clearing firm accurately and efficiently and liaise with them to resolve any trade discrepancies Assisting with reconciliations, fund and balance settlements on accounts at the end of the day Troubleshooting a variety of trading issues and liaising with appropriate teams where necessary to ensure their resolution Preliminary analysis of the customer complaints Perform competitor analysis and market research if required
