Key Responsibilities Take on a key role in the QA team that tests, supports, and coordinates the correct execution of our custom-built order management, infrastructure, and risk tools with client facing and internal components in an agile development environment. Contribute to both automated and manual testing efforts. Take part in specifications and engineering requirements. Manage release process, executing manual tests, reviewing automated and manual test outcomes, analysing performance test results, scrutinising logs for anomalies, and reporting on the quality of the release candidate. Process product reviews, and inform the development team of defects and errors, and also communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team. Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress. Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations. Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product’s efficiency.
