What you’ll be responsible for:
As a Principal Talent Systems & Technology Partner, you’ll join Circle’s Talent Systems team focused on leveraging the company’s Talent tech stack to help drive forward a world class employee experience. This position is essential for driving the effective implementation, management, and optimization of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. You will assist in the company’s growth and scale by providing the best in class service to Circle’s global workforce. You will work closely with the other members of the Talent team to understand and master current processes, then find ways to streamline and improve, and ultimately own them. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the Workday HCM module, with a strong emphasis on Benefits, Security, and Reporting functionalities. This role will collaborate closely with Talent leadership, IT, and various business units to ensure a comprehensive and efficient HRIS strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
What you'll work on:
Lead the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the Workday HCM system, ensuring optimal performance. Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM functionalities, providing leadership and guidance to HR teams.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements within HCM modules.
Implement and maintain security protocols within the Workday system to safeguard sensitive employee data.
Regularly review and update user access and permissions based on evolving business needs and compliance standards.
Conduct security audits and assessments to ensure best practices are followed and potential risks are mitigated.
Design and generate customized reports and dashboards to provide HR leadership with insights on HR metrics, trends, and decision-making support.
Train HR staff on report-building tools and increase data literacy across the organization.
Continue to build on Workday’s benefits module, ensuring accurate data management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with benefits vendors to manage integration and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Owning the data accuracy and integrity of all transactions for the full employee lifecycle, and the maintenance of all employee and business data in Workday. Inclusive of data audits.
Engaging in other ad hoc Talent duties as needed including, but not limited to, onboarding, offboarding, employee communication, and project management.

What you’ll bring to Circle:
10+ years of experience in a relatable position working across a large scale organization
Provide a five-star experience to our clients and customers while being the subject matter expert with high self awareness
Extreme attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to keep information confidential while also highly organized to an audience in GSuite, Slack, and other forums
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Expertise in MacOS, Gmail, and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, and Docs)
Expertise and deep exposure of HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems is required (Workday)

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $207,500
Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
