Overview: We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual with experience developing business in the payment sector or within the financial services or FinTech industry. you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, building strong relationships with potential partners, and driving revenue growth. You will work with stakeholders to implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Manage and proactively drive pipeline of leads and business development opportunities
Develop clear systems and processes for proactive business engagement
Manage existing partnerships, maximising their success and strategic delivery
Build and maintain professional networks with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance sales and identify new opportunities
Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships
Establish strong relationships with targeted clients and partners resulting in increased business opportunities
Support the development of the go to market strategy, including a list of prioritised client and solution opportunity, a detailed view of the revenue opportunity, and a market engagement plan
Perform competitor analysis towards obtaining an increased market share
Direct engagements on key sales opportunity across the market
Identify new clients by creating and researching network opportunities
Identify appropriate industry events, speaking engagements and conferences, conduct necessary follow-ups and track ROI.
Develop solid projects pipeline, drive conversions over time, and secure revenue growth over time.
Attend industry events to network with potential clients and partners
The ideal employee must have
5+ years of relevant working experience in the Fin the financial services industry
Proven experience developing extensive stakeholder networks
A track record of building successful commercial partnerships and collaborations
Ability to design and implement CRM and stakeholder management systems for business development
Proficiency in fintech and remittance solutions
Exceptional ability to analyse market trends and competitor behaviour
Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
Ability to advice on possible joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to Have
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Self-initiative, good business senses, attentive to details and a strong team player.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of the Crypto industry
