This role is responsible for designing and executing AI initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enhance client service delivery, and unlock new business opportunities. You will work cross-functionally across go-to-market, delivery, operations, and other teams to assess how Caravel operates and implement scalable AI solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes—both internally and for our clients.
