You’ll shape how our brand is perceived and how we engage with institutional, retail, and ecosystem audiences across the crypto/Web3 landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and launch of foundational lead generation strategies across digital, content, social, and partnership channels—building scalable and cost-efficient acquisition pipelines from the ground up.Define and establish customer personas and segmentation models to target institutional, retail, and ecosystem audiences—from research and validation through to live deployment.Build marketing funnels and operational processes from scratch, mapping the full customer journey from awareness to conversion in a fast-evolving crypto/Web3 market.Establish alignment with the sales team, creating shared KPIs, qualification criteria, and lead handoff processes to ensure that MQLs drive revenue outcomes.Own core marketing metrics, including CPA, CAC, and LTV—setting benchmarks, tracking performance, and optimizing for ROI over time.Evaluate, select, and deploy the complete marketing tech stack (CRM, automation tools, analytics, attribution, tracking)—making build-vs-buy decisions aligned to crypto/Web3 needs.Design and implement a reporting framework that delivers real-time insights into campaign performance, lead flow, and marketing ROI.Create and lead a content and thought leadership strategy, positioning the company as a trusted voice in blockchain, tokenization, and decentralized finance—starting from zero.Implement scalable processes for tracking, attribution, and operational efficiency, establishing strong data integrity and reporting standards from the outset.Foster cross-functional alignment with product, sales, and customer success teams to unify messaging, market positioning, and feedback loops.Recruit and lead a high-performing marketing team from the ground up—identifying early strategic hires in digital, growth, content, and community roles.Champion the brand within the crypto community via events, AMAs, social platforms (X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram), and content partnerships.Requirements8+ years in a marketing role within crypto, blockchain, or high-growth fintech; experience in startup or zero-to-one environments is a must.Proven track record of building marketing strategies, funnels, and lead gen programs from scratch.Deep understanding of Web3, DeFi, blockchain ecosystems, and the crypto user base.Strong command of growth metrics and performance marketing analytics (CPA, CAC, MQLs, LTV).Hands-on experience managing content production, social campaigns, email marketing, and CRM tools.Familiarity with marketing automation, attribution models, analytics tools (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, Mixpanel), and crypto-native platforms.Exceptional communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Nice to HaveExperience with token launches, NFT campaigns, DAOs, or community-driven growth.Exposure to crypto exchanges, wallets, or token infrastructure.Skills in design, copywriting, video editing, or event marketing.Existing network in the crypto/Web3 space.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusFully remote flexibility with a distributed global teamTravel to major crypto/web3 events and summitsLearning & development allowanceA high-impact, zero-to-one role in one of the most transformative sectors of finance When applying, mention the word CANDYSHOP to show you read the job post completely.
