This is a part-time (50%) role that will support our recruiting efforts and ensure a seamless hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to ensure timely and efficient interview scheduling, communication, and candidate tracking<strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates throughout the interview process.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, ensuring timely communication and smooth logistics.</li><li>Manage candidate tracking, ensuring all candidate data is up to date in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates, keeping them informed of their application status and next steps.</li><li>Support hiring managers with interview preparation, scheduling, and post-interview follow-ups.</li><li>Assist in creating and maintaining recruiting reports and documentation.</li><li>Help with other administrative recruiting tasks as needed.</li></ul><br></p><br/> <b>Requirements</b><br/><ul><li>Previous experience in recruiting coordination or administrative support within a fast-paced environment (security or tech industry experience a plus).</li><li>Exceptional organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a dynamic work environment</li></ul><br/> When applying, mention the word CANDYSHOP to show you read the job post completely.
