We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Staff Accountant – AP & Operations to own and streamline our accounts payable and expense operations. This role is essential to our day-to-day financial activities and will play a key part in vendor management, month-end close, and accounting compliance. You'll work cross-functionally with teams across the company and serve as the go-to person for invoice, credit card, reimbursement, and payment-related issues. Success in this role requires someone who is not only detailed, accurate, and organized, but also outgoing and confident in reaching out to colleagues and vendors to follow up, problem-solve, and drive processes forward.
