This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role built for closers who can ramp quickly and immediately deliver results. Your mission is clear: generate net new institutional OTC and Prime business. You’ll be expected to activate your crypto-native network, prospect aggressively, and push qualified counterparties directly into BitGo’s trading and Prime programs. Responsibilities A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in trading or sales trading at a leading financial institution, brokerage or OTC trading desk, ideally involving one or more of the following: digital assets, commodities, equities, FX, fixed income, or derivatives. Strong experience in OTC / Voice Trade trade execution and risk management, strong understanding of electronic trading systems, covering front-to-back processes. Communicative team player with a genuine passion for the cryptocurrency industry.
