The candidate will be working on treasury analytic subjects, managing liquidity risk of the firm, producing valuable industry and company analysis, supporting the firm’s liquidity risk management, corporate portfolio management, and Treasury system development.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of market trends of both traditional finance and crypto.
Job Description:
- Provide analysis of the firm’s corporate portfolio, support the corporate portfolio performance review, recommend strategic solution, and work closely with Treasury & Clearing operation for smooth execution.
- Analyze the firm’s liquidity situation, identify potential liquidity risk, develop risk models, and support the implementation of liquidity risk metrics.
- Proactively analyze and monitor market development, trends, and news to support risk management and portfolio management decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance and liquidity risk management status to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support major treasury system and database development, managing the full life cycle of project development with other stakeholders.
- Support the design and development of treasury management policy.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of work experiences in traditional finance or Crypto industry.
- Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as quantitative finance, mathematics/statistics, actuarial sciences, computer science, engineering.
- A self-driven team player with the ability to quickly learn and capable to challenge.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical conduct and compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Reasonable technical skills on excel, VBA, Python, Matlab, R.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
