Responsibilities
- Use knowledge and experience in the field of KYB process operational management to lead a team in addressing challenging global KYB onboarding and its related issues.
- Lead a team and assign tasks to team members in according with established OKRs and KPIs.
- Set and track goal and KPI progress, associate with department objectives for all team members, preparing documentation and charts for the compliance reports and team productivity performance.
- Use strong statistical analysis to identify onboarding trends, root cause analysis and compliance vendors performance monitoring.
- Support the compliance manager in preparing responses to KYB enquiries during internal/ external audit.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AML/CTF compliance, investigations (KYB on corporates, offshore and complex structures would be deemed an advantage).
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong track record in leading medium to large remote teams.
- Able to drive and deliver high quality risk assessments, remediations, periodic/trigger reviews and enhanced due diligence projects.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to be action-oriented and seek to meet high standards.
- Highly preferred for candidates to possess ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certifications or others.
- Good knowledge on provisions of crypto/fiat licensed entities local laws, directives, regulations and otherwise standards applicable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, analytical, and investigative skills.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both verbal and written, is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
