This person will also be heavily involved in payroll operations with the dedicated country/countries, including pre-payroll input, liaising with the payroll vendor, validating the payroll report and completing required documents by the global payroll team.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate/conduct all workforce administration processes in accordance with SLA - onboarding/off-boarding, probation management, employment verification, contract & document management, etcHandle employee inquiries as tier 1 support and maintain inquiry FAQ to establish the knowledge databaseEmployee timesheet, leave administration, compensation data collection for payroll processingEnrollment and termination for commercial insuranceSupport on international assignment or relocation, work with Global Mobility team on visa/immigration service, provide guidance and support on employees’ lodging, kids’ education, culture adoption etc., and facilitate the repatriation processMaintenance of employee and organization data in the HR Information System, and generate HR function data dashboards and reportsManage the quality control process in order to ensure that the HR operation services meet employee expectations as well as comply with local labor laws and legislationsEnsure the improvement and optimization of the administration processes, including systems and toolingManage and execute regular and off-cycle payroll activities, monitor end-to-end payroll process and be responsible for payroll validation to ensure accuracy and complianceDesign payroll service delivery and employee support framework to address business concerns and employees’ inquiriesManage, assess, and control payroll related vendors, able to identify all discrepancies in vendor’s report.
