We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.Responsibilities Supporting completion of EDD reviews for high risk customersAssessing high-risk customer transaction activity to ensure it is commensurate with the nature of the businessConductingrisk assessments on new and existing customersLeading projects related to EDD enhancementsRemain current on global EDD standards such as FATF, as well as local requirements in regions that the company operatesProvide AML/CFT subject matter expertiseManage high risk customer escalations from the first line of defense and other business unitsDrafting of documentation including, but not limited to policies, programs, procedures, guidance documents, training materials, and impact assessment/analysisRequirements ACAMS, ACFCS orother industry leading certificationwould be an advantageKnowledge and experience with global CDD/EDD requirementsUnderstanding of AML/CTF and sanctions risks Knowledge of global licensing requirements related to financial services and crypto related business activitiesExperience with complex beneficial ownership structuresExcellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, and writing skillsFluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
